Can I take legal action against my mental health speacialist? I suffer from Major Depression and every time I see her she intentionally causes me mental and emotional stress. I have filled out a grievance form and spoken to her supervisor about it. I have witnesses.

How does she cause you stress? What does she do that you believe is not within the standard of her profession?
