tenants rights at resorts
As tenants of sherman lake resort we received a informal letter stating we had 30 days to relocate our residence. that the county of sacramento/state of california has informed the owner that no full time tenants shall live at the park. what rights as full time tenants do we have?

Possibly not many, but I would suggest starting out by attempting to authenticate the county's finding and order by asking the landlord for particulars sufficient to verify the supposed official order with the appropriate county authority.
