someone uses fake name and info to get drivers liense after years he is caught and lisense is revoked for 5 years then that person is stopped for speeding and gets ticket for speeding and driving on revoked liense with knowledge has hearing next month then week ago he gets stopped again and recieved another ticket for driving on revoked linensed for the second time can he get jail time or just fines?

Yes you can get jail time, up to one year on each DWLSR. And most of the judges that I have been in front of will be more than likely to send this person to jail for up to a year.
