Trust and Co Trustee

My sister is a trustee along with my brother, of my mom and dads estate, she has been stealing money, over the course of time, and the estate was to be disbursed amongst beneficiaries, one of which i am, my mom just past away in April, and now other family members realize that i was telling the truth years ago about her, can the Co Trustee remove her from the estate, and take over? I have no money, and cannot hire an attorney right now, but want to know if there is a court, or some organization that can help, the main thing is how do we get her removed and get an accounting which she refuses to do, will a judge order her to do so, and can i do it without an attorney/

Re: Trust and Co Trustee

There is a solution to this problem and how it can be done. It will require your brother's cooperation, since he is presently a trustee. If he is also in default of his duties, you will have to file a petition in the court, and will be hard-pressed to go through a court case without an attorney.
