Trust fund distribution agreement+addendum
I have a distribution agreement and a addendum to get a car from the trust taken out of trust but need to know if she will still get her trust fund money? It says in consideration of para1 said beneficiaries relinquish all further distribution from estate

I agree with Jon that not enough information is presented. What assets are in the trust, what is the total value of trust assets, how are they allocated among beneficiaries. It sounds like the car's value may be equal to everyone else's interest and she is getting a distribution "in kind" equal in value to what everyone else may get.
