It is legal to date. The bigger question is about sexual activity. An 18 year old who has sex with a 15 year old, can be charged with unlawful sexual activity, which is a 2nd degree felony, punishable up to 15 years in prison & would make the person a sex offender who would have to register.
Not a good idea.
