my roomate was a illegal alien he found his true love who he married after 3years she was cheating on him on an off she left him and now wants a divorsed. he scared because he thinks he will get deported if she divorsed him.its their is anything i can do help my roomated.he didnt decerved this how she did him wrong.

There are various things that must be asked,.. was his wife a US citizen? did they begin the naturalization/ citizenship process?
if so, it is not necessarily true that he would be deported...
