What i need to do !!!
i am the plantiff in a civil litigation in which the defendant fraudulently quit claimed my house and forged my signature twice for pay-off requests. Yet i still have the mortgage to pay for 1.5 years.My attorney didn't show to a 3rd prelimenary hearing, what do i do to get another hearing & represent myself to tell the court of these crimes. The outcome was denied without prejudice; which was for the defendant to pay the mortgage each month. When she should have a new residence--jail

You need to substitute attorneys in your case. I would terminate your current attorney immediately and retain new counsel to properly save your case from being dismissed with prejudice.
Additionally, I would encourage you to file a bar complaint with the State of Nevada regarding his actions.
