Wills

My grandmother is about to pass

away and her daughter (my aunt)

has contacted me asking for SSN#,

address and other info so we don't

have to go to Probate? My father

passed away a few years ago and I

am sure my grand mothers will

included both him and my aunt. Our

estimate of estate is $500K, but my

Aunt is telling us grandma wants to

give me 10K. Could I be entitled to

see the will and entitled to my dad's

half of the estate? Or when my dad

past away does everything

automatically go to my aunt. I have

a suspicion that my aunt doesn't

want me to see the will. Could this

be possible.

Re: Wills

Alot of this depends on whether your Grandmother's estate is going through probate or not. If there are no assets in her name, no probate. So I would be very careful about signing anything without legal counsel. contact me at www.kliszlaw.com for more info. Tim Klisz
