witnesses

if the key witness in my case does not show up to court, is it likely that they could dismiss the entire case and supress all evidence

they will probably reschedule your case. If it happens more than once it culd be dismissed but it may not if they have other evidence. If they think you have anything to do with the witness not showing up then you could be charged with a seperate crime.
