I was recently suspended from work. Before I was suspended I was not given an opportunity to defend my self against the allegations. After a few Day I asked to meet with my supervisor to ask why I was not given an opportunity to defend my self before the suspension and I was let go. I was wonder in I have any legal action available to me?

Sure you MAY, but you haven't stated what the grounds for discharge were, or your defenses to it. It appears they were misconduct charges. To even have any claim of wrongful termination, you would have to PROVE there was absolutely NO truth to such charges, and that the company KNEW the charges to be false. Not likely you can do that. You're an 'at will' employee that can be fired any time for any reason, except for illegal reasons such as discrimination or whistle blower retaliation. Mere suspicion of misconduct, or poor performance, is enough for termination.
