Workers Comp advances
When I was injured with this same injury 12 years ago, I was able to borrow money off my permanate settlement in fact they just subtracted that off at the end. I am now in serious financial need and can prove hardship. How can I ask the Insurance Company if I can get an advance of my settlement? Is this possible?
