N.J. Supreme Court ordered release low risk county jail inmates due to coronavirus. Wud it apply to offenders serving for N.J.S.A. 2C:40-26 also.
I would think so. But it is mandatory time not subject to credits so maybe not.
There was a conference today and one of the judges noted that people being held on 3rd offense DWI cases can be released. I presume that would also apply to 2c 40-26.
