I'm an E2 dependent with an i94 expiring soon and requested an extension of stay due to COVID-19 outbreak. If I file both i-539 and i-129, can I keep working while the USCIS decision is pending?
You can only work as long as your EAD remains valid.
An E-2 dependent cannot work while form i-539 and I-765 is pending.
