Good afternoon. It will depend a lot on what the warrant is for. This is a case where I would strongly recommend talking to an attorney who may be able to try and recall the warrant without you present or can help prep you for what to do when going in and have everything prepared to try and keep you out. Feel free to contact me and I can give you a free consultation to look over everything and determine how to proceed. 323-577-5002 or amber@ahardylaw.com

It's possible that an attorney could get the warrant recalled and the case against you back on track. Get a consultation with an attorney.

need more info

however, if this is isolated and you have a good excuse for why you did not do something, then you should not be locked up..........but you could be.

if you are in a position to hire a lawyer contact me and i will help you find one for the court you are assigned to attend.

you should write out a detailed summary of the facts, as a lawyer bills for time and why have the lawyer play secretary and bill you for time.
