Can I work in US after my e3 visa (for Australians) expires in May 08 2020? My LCA expires in Jul 2020 and i94 is valid till 02/16/2022. When does my lawful work rights expire in US? Because of Coronavirus, I’m not getting appointment at Us counsellets overseas to renew my E3 visa.
As long as your E-3 I-94 is valid, you can continue to work in the US.
