Can a pro se litigant's affirmation in reply (i.e. without "under penalties of perjury" or notarization) be accepted by court? I verified and notarized a complaint and motion support papers but I do not want to make all papers an affidavit.

You had better think twice before you submit any papers to the court that are tainted or contain palpable false assertions.
