A statement was released by my employer stating “any employee diagnosed wit Covid-19 OR placed on quarantine would receive up to two weeks pay! However we are now being told you have to be diagnosed to with the virus. Even though the quarantine was doctor ordered after being denied testing stating shortages and due to not having a fever my condition is considered “mild”. What can I do about this?
Employers are in great disarray over this not having any guidance yet from the state. As I understand you will probably be eligible for unemployment. Let this filter out it will take a week or two for implementation. We are all a bit in the dark at this point.
