Patent protection is territorial in nature -- meaning a US patent protects patent rights within the United States and not other countries.
The second part of the question (the letters and numbers) looks to be a categorization of the type of invention. Inventions are given specific classifications (so a spoon will be in a different classification than an engine …). There are many types of inventions so there are many types of classifications. The classifications can help with patent searching.
Consult with a patent attorney privately to analyze your specific case and facts -- so your rights are fully protected.
This answer includes generalizations and there are many caveats. This answer does not form an attorney client relationship.

Parental Rights
My (ex)boyfriend & I had a son in 1997. Since then he has given me a total of $250 by money orders for support and given him a candy lane game and a book. He has seen him one time 6 years ago. He lives in FL and we live in NV (with HIS parents). But he has had NO contact with our son and refuses to send any money.
My question is he entitled to any parental rights? Or has he given them up with no contact and no support?
Changing last name of child
I have sole legal, physical custody of my daughter. My daughter has my maiden name. We were wondering if we could change my daughters name to my married name so that she will match her brothers and us. However her father this year has just started visitation. Would we have to get perrmission from him?
My grandson was kicked out of his place of residence and the people he lived with held a personal item of his. They say he can get it back by paying them in cash the money he owes for rent/electric. He never signed any lease papers. It was all a verbal agreement between the tenants and him. They are saying now that they want to sell his personal item on the sly to get the money owed. Is this legal?
