Mondays to take the safety classes. Is there an amount of time with license suspend that will exclude those classes
Not sure of your question. But required DUI Classes are given across this State, and at different times/days. You probably need to find another DUI Class in another County. Your Sentence will require every requirement completed within 11mo/29 days, period.
wrongly accused of petty theft
I was wrongly accused and arrested for a misdemeanor for petty theft from a department store. I signed a private statement for loss prevention saying I would pay any damages incurred if there was a misunderstanding. However, I do not feel the situation was handled properly. I was assigned a court date but want to contest it. In order to contest it I would be required to pay bail. I am unsure of how to proceed in this matter.
