Got a letter saying " This letter serves as a warning notice that under section25.093 the parent is subject to prosecution and under section 25.094 the student is subject to prosecution". What does this mean? Is this a warning before court and a fine? Or a warning that court and a fine are coming?

Here are links to the two sections:

If there is nothing more on the notice, it could be a warning that if it continues to occur that there will be prosecution. Contact the school that sent it out to determine the school's intent.
