I have had weeks of stomach pain and other issues along wjth them, including vomitting and other issues, I reached out to my family doctor about these issues twice now, and now after eating these, Sweet chili heat flamin hot cheetos, I am going to need multiple scans done to determine the damage done. I am taking multiple new medications and pills because of this food poisoning. Do i have a legal case ?
I'm sorry for your ordeal. Based on these facts, it appears to be a difficult case. With these types of cases, the damages are generally fleeting in nature. Given the expense of litigating an injury or product-based case, an attorney could have concerns about demonstrating injuries that had a significant impact on one's life to jurors. My roofing contractor did a re-roof on my residence. The job failed the County's Building Inspection because the nailing/underlay portion of the job was not inspected during the re-roof job. Shingles are installed and the job will never pass the County building inspection. The contractor has presented me with the final bill.
Question. Did I suffer monetary damages since this roof did not pass inspection and this may be an issue in the future when the house is listed for sale?

If my friend's daughter has been living with him for the past six months and she is enrolled in school does her mother have a right to come and immediately remove her from school. My friend lives in Maryland and his daughter's mother lives in VA. The daughter has indicated that she would like to live with her father until school ends and then return to live with her mother. The daughter lived with her mother prior to six months ago.
Loss of Wages
I work for a company that has basically gone broke. Myself along with several other have not been paid in three weeks, some five weeks. We are not sure what the state of our company is, the bank may have taken over, we are just not sure and no one will say. I would like to know what course of action can be taken to get the money that is owed to us. We have filed loss of wages claims to the department of labor. We want to know can we file a class action law suit against the owner of the company as well as the company itself? All we want is to get the money that is owed us. The owner has not said anything in regard to employees getting paid. W e desperately need assistance.
