Hello i am a 19 year old male in warren pennsylvania facing 2 felony charges of the 1st degree one for burgulary and the other one is for conspircy to commit burgulary and another charge for theft bye unlawful taking and only ever i have only ever had a one sumery offence for harrassment on my adult record would i be able to get ard program or would i have to sit county or state prison time? thank u for ur time and have a nice day
