How do I restate my business?
How do I restate my business? I have an existing company since 1973(it's incorporated)in the state of Maryland. I am trying to get my VA contracting license in Virginia. I have taken all the necessary test and filled out the necessary forms. However after doing so they told me the articles of incorporation is not clear enough for them to read and that I have to restate my corporation so the the article of incorporation will be new and more legible.
