How do I get a conservativeship for my mentally handicap ex-wife. She has been living with me for the last four years because we both on on the mortage of our house. But her condition has worsened and her family has nothing to do with her.

You likely need to file an application for letters of guardianship in the probate court. Also, is she on Medicaid?
