Bankruptcy was not due to mismanagement of my own funds, nevertheless still a BK. My financial license is inactive at this time, can I reinstate it once BK is final and still continue to do the only job I know. I stay in California.

In my opinion, I expect your license will be activated unless you have committed the same kind of offense that would keep anyone else from having a license. The BK, by itself, should not prevent the renewal of your license.
That is a question for the licensing boards. There would be no prohibition resulting from the bankruptcy.

Fired due to an affair with boss
Employee has a 2-yr affair with boss. Employee knows the boss is married. Employee voluntarily discloses affair to boss' wife. Employee misses 2 days of work. Boss fires employee on 3rd day. Employee threatens to file EEOC claim based on being fired due to an affair. Does the boss have any recourse against an EEOC claim or does the employee have a valid claim?

what happen was that a man was boarding a train when started to move, and a guard on the train pulled him forward and another one in the platform push him onto the train. a package that this man was carrying fell and exploded because it had fireworks on it, so this explosion cause baggage scales some distance away and tip over this person injuring him because was near the scales. so, does he needs to sue the city or the train station?
