Some additional information would need to be known about this situation. For instance, how do you know that staying at the hotel caused the scabies? Are there others who stayed at the hotel and also contracted scabies? Also, if you immediately saw a doctor after the incident it, what did he say? It would help to know what his expert opinion was regarding how you contracted the scabies. You have to be able to link the hotel to the scabies with good evidence to have a good case. Keep following up with the Department of Health as they will be able to look into the situation more thoroughly.
Follow up with the health department. If they do not return your call, just keep calling them. Sometimes they only respond to truly insistent people. I would also contact your local congress-person to find out what they are doing to eradicate scabies in this area.
illegal tapes
If someone has taped recorded your conversations and has those tapes in their position and you were recorded without your knowledge and what was said is now being used as a threat to destroy that persons career and childrens lives what can be done to get those tapes or press any kind of charges against that individual. He threatens to use those tapes to destroy me if I tell someone about his adultry. My question is how can I get those tapes and can I press charges is it blackmail what are my legal rights since I was the one recorded without my knowledge.

Landlord kicking me out of apartment
I have been paying my rent on time every month since we started living here 2 years ago; however, the manager is kicking me out blaming that we are causing the sewerage problems. Whereas, we have asked the plumber who visits the building that clears the lines and he has always blamed the older sewerage system and that it needs complete cleaning which the manager is not ready to undertake. I think he is kicking us out because of our race and they don�t like people wearing clothes from different cultures around his building. Please advise what I should do to revoke the eviction notice.
Credit Card Debt
My husband's job is slow (employer will not layoff). We have credit card debt totaling $7500. Every month we have been paying between $50 and 100 to each of them. We are unable to pay anything this month and they are calling continuously through the day. Can the put a lien on my house? Can they do anything? Payments will resume next month and when we receive our tax returns in March, we will pay them off.We have tried speaking with them in regards to this plan, but they all want $300+ upfront first. If we had this, we wouldn't be having a problem.
