I am 67 considerating marrying a man 78. My questions are. Would i be responsible for all his debt in the event of his death? My name is on nothing other than medical issues. Also in the event of his death would i be responsible for his burial? His ins policys are in his childrens names.He has left me life lease on one property with all expenses paid thru estate.
