I am a convicted felon, I am not on probation/parole. My fiance and I have been together for the past four years. She was recently arrested for a felony and convicted this past year, I had no part in the crime nor have we ever been in any trouble with each other. We had planned to get married this past summer but she is incarserated. Can we still get married with out her being violated?

As you know, parole conditions prohibit contact with other parolees. If you are not a parolee, you should be fine. However, I would ask her parole officer (once she is released) before going ahead with the wedding. Better to be safe than sorry.
