I am in MO and I was a subcontractor for a an individual in TX who presented himself as a corp. He lost the contract after 6 mos and still owes me for one month. The corp was dissolved 3 years ago and was not in his name. I was paid electronically by another corp which his father is the president of. Who do I sue in small claims court, him, the bogus corp or his father's corp who had been paying me?
