I am not with the father of my child,i havent been eith him since i was pregnant he barely.knows my 4 month old, and doeznt care to learn about her, and how she eats etc. He just wants me to drop het off at his house, all i am comfortable with is him visiting with her at my house, thats not good an enough, hes threatining to take me to court, he thinks the judge will give him custody, without getting to know her

Now is a good time as any to develop a proper parenting timeshare so the child can has a well established and healthy relationship with both mother and father. It would make sense to go to court and establish not only the parenting relationship but any child support to what you may be entitled. Please meet with an experienced family law attorney to explore your legal options.
