I filed to get custody of my 2 sons back in 2007 and it took the judge a whole year to come back with his unjust ruling against me in 2008 and gave my ex custody due to the fact they know one another so i have 2 questions 1 shouldnt the judge have ruled a lot sooner than a year and can i appeal his decision to a higher court in order to get a fair hearing where no one knows anyone? please help me
Those are questions for your lawyer, since obviously you had one since custody of the children was an important issue for you. Second guessing here won't help you one bit.
