I found a claim for my father on missingmoney.com. I do not have letter's of testimentary, just a will. How do I go about getting this. He is deceased since 2001.

If you are the named Executor of the Will, then you can bring the Will to the Surrogate of your County for probate. The Surrogate will then issue you Letters Testamentary.

Good luck.
