I had a 55" flat screen and paid over $1,200.00 for it three years ago. Two years ago I moved back into my mothers and gave it to my son to use. I now need a tv. He is now separated from his wife. Do I have the right to get it back from her or to get her to pay me for the tv?

It is not his property unless it was a gift. If it was a gift then you do not get to get it back. If it was not a gift, then ask him to get it back or get you a new TV.
