I moved out my apartment and management preformed a walk-through. I spoke with the manager a few days later and she said she preformed another walk through after we handed in our keys. Does she have the right to do that? She is trying to charge us for damages the woman who originally did the walk through missed.
Yes, if the damages were ther and the lady missed them, you are still responsible for the damages. Her missing them the first time does not absolve you of your responsibility.
