I was ripped off from a job scam. Now they have since disconnected the phone number used but they are partners with another site or are affiliated with them since they are a scam site as well. I found no address but a phone number contact. Now I want to find someone responsible for this, can I sue the partner site or what is my legal recourse?
file a police report of the crime, report them to BBB and Consumer Affairs Dept, etc. Spending money on this will be 'down the drain' unless you are the rare lucky one in this life. .
