If an online company that sells bundles of digital keys for games would say, that they can revoke the digital keys at any time if they find out that the customer (buyer) has been selling the products further or if they just suspect him doing so, could they revoke the keys without refunding the money the customer has paid for them, or would they need to refund the money? For this they don't necessarily have anything but suspicion.
I think the product would technically be delivered but later revoked because of the misuse of service.

naming a business
I am trying to name my business in the healthcare field. I came up with what I thought was a clever and appropriate name. It's not taken because it is a two word name.
As it turns out, I've come to find that the first word in the name is taken by a company that is also in the healthcare field (They do a different type of business). Their name is trademarked. So, my question is, can I still use the name given that it is slightly different, or would that be infringing upon their trademark?
seperation
Hi,I am writing for a friend to help her. She has been with the same man for about 5 yrs. She wants to leave him but she is currently unemployed due to the realestate market. My question is, what can she do about items that are in my name, the he pays for? This young lady feels trapped. FYI they are not married.
