If an ex-partner (not spouse) files for BK and includes a mortgage debt on a loan that we both signed, will I be liabel for the debt?

Bankruptcy discharge of a signer's liability does not relieve the co-signer's obligation.

Certain protections apply to a non-filing spouse pursuant to 11 USC 524.
