If Chase Banks levies an account for a judgement creditor but judgement creditor fails to respond and they release your funds and you transfer the money out into your business account not attached to your social can they come in an take the money from that account 3 days later and is that legal?

If there is no distinction between your personal and your business account then they are subject to garnishment as you described in your question (e.g. same tax ID number). Another situation could be that the judgment could have been on you and your business (you signed the debt obligation as an individual and as a business).
