if my power of attorney has never been revoked legally by notice is it still in effect?does another power of attorney done after mine rule?thank you so very much

Unless you have been notified (written or verbal) that your Power of Attorney (POA) has been revoked it is still valid. A subsequent POA will not neccessarily revoke one earlier in time.
