is there a law that allows my soon to be ex from letting my kid be around my significant other

No, but you shouldn't do it until after your dissolution is granted and the kids know Mommy and Daddy will not be together again. Bad for the kids to do this. (I know your first instinct will be to disagree because your significant other is wonderful, but take good advice and ignore that first instinct).
