During the recent broadening of the COVID-19, my mom will not even let me go to work, let alone something as simple as the dog park. She told me if I left that I will not be allowed back home. I am 17 and she has kicked me out and forced me out of the home before. In December she kicked me out for wanting to eat dinner with my friends, changed the locks and the garage code. Wasn’t until my friends mom threatened to call CPS on her that she let me home. Is this legal? What actions can I take against her? She is constantly trying to force me to move out, I may not be the best child but all my life I’ve been bribed to keep my mouth shut. She bought me a car so I wouldn’t say anything in court how she harassed me for hours asking me if I killed myself yet. Bought me the iPhone 11 as a birthday present and then gave it to my younger (12) year old sister because I did not want to follow her absolutely. I can’t keep living like this please help me.

Claiming real estate without a will
When my mother died she still owned the house that she and my father bought during their marriage. The house was given to her by my father during their divorce some time ago. My mother had remarried some years before she died. Upon her death we discovered she did not have a will in place. I was told that because there was no will and because the house was non communal property between my mother and my step father that ownership of the house would be handed to the next of kin. Distribution would be one half to my step father, one quarter to me and one quarter to my sister. How do we go about claiming our half of the house and property so that its not sold out from under us.
Can consent judgments be wiped out?
I signed a consent of judgment for a credit card debt. I am now going to file for Chapter 7, would bankruptcy be able to get rid of this type of judgment?
