my ex listed me as the father of her child. she was pregnant when we met. now they are coming after me for child support. i was in prison when they say they served me at an address i no longer lived at so i had no idea what was going on. now they say an order has been made and since i did'nt reply in 30 days, it is to late. now i have to produce proof i was incarserated and exact dates. how do i get this information and what course of action should i take?

You may still be able to do something, but you need to act quickly. You need to file a motion to set aside the Judgment. There are time limits involved, so you should consult with an attorney in your area immediately.
