When you were sentenced on the DUI charge the Judge told you not to do certain things, mainly no criminal offense, no driving without a valid license or suspended and to have insurance. However, any traffic offense could be viewed as a violation of the DUI case so you need to hire an attorney to help you though the court system.

It is probably a type of probation violation hearing. Different courts use different terminology, but I would guess that's what that is. Typical DUI probation is 5 years, and depending on the judge they sometimes consider traffic infractions to be probation violations.

You can call the clerk's office and they can explain what the hearing is, or call a local lawyer and ask them to look in to it for you.
