Our renter paid rent for three months and has receipts showing this. Our realtor has stolen this money and money from all if his owners plus escrow accounts. Can I claim this as theft on Tax return?

Check with your accountant. You may need a legal statement to this effect to support the loss being taken on your return. Is the realtor still around? did you have a contract with the realtor? have you considered filing a lawsuit?
