Purchased car that was for sale on craigslist. When I picked up car said owner (person I paid ) said was sending for title would be here in 3 weeks. Now has title (not in his name). Wants me to pay for title at almost 3 time price says if I don't pay will send back to DMV as salvage and that I will never be able to get title don't trust paying him since name not on title .
