The bank has obviously obtained a writ or order of possession without your prior knowledge. You, as a tenant, are entitled to certain rights of notice. Be proactive. Call the sherriff and let him know you did not recieve any prior notice to vacate. Ask for a reasonable amount of time to relocate.
