Drug posession
I was caught with cannabis and drug paraphernalia when my friend (the driver) was speeding. I plan to plead guilty as they will probably drop the possession charge. However, the police officer has not filed a report and my court date is 5 days away. What happens if he doesn't file the report? Will the charges be dropped? Also, when the police officer cuffed me he didn't read me my rights until we had arrived at the jail. Is this legal?
Are there things that I can do to make the state attorney take it easier on me?

rental agreement
rental agreement ended july 2006. rental office didn't contact me until november to resign contract. i did sign for another year so nov 2007 it will expire. presently i'm unhappy with the rental managers actions and i feel harrasment from her and staff. my records will indicate i have paid all rent on time and have had no prior problems. i want to find out if i can break the new lease due to time gap between resigning. orginal lease was a month to month
Manager change
I own a small printing company. One of my customers, the manager of a big restaurant, placed an order which I fulfilled and delivered. However, the restaurant has recently been purchased by a new buyer. The manager refuses to pay for the order, along with his new boss. The order is worth a hefty sum of money. Is there any way to receive my money?
