we have land in la. and would consider selling an acre of royalty...not sure how this would be better than selling mineral rights or not? with one producing well in our section and possible future wells to come;would buyer only be entitiled to the royalty from that "one" well and not future ones?
This will all depend on what is agreed upon and declared in documents. It will be very important to have an attorney knowledgeable in oil and gas prepare the documents or review them prior to anyone signing.
