I feel that the breach of peace law was broken also other violations dealing with Louisiana code possibly could be broken my license plates was not given to me nor have I been afforded the right to to get them off of vehicle no type of notices was delivered to me in form of mail beforehand I had no idea of amount to avoid this from happening and dealing with the repossession I was lied to about process of the the active repossession it it was not a voluntary act by any means more less a forced action taken with consequences if I did not hear adhere two demands of the agent this occurred on 12/22 and I received my first notice that I'm aware of on 12/26 dealing with total amount owed was not never given Opportunity by phone or mail that I'm aware of for reinstatement or some type of help with an agreement with the company
